Contact

Write to editor@iceoutgoing.com. One address handles everything, and messages are read by the person who writes the entries.

What this address is for

• Corrections — a hotel has closed, moved, rebuilt, renamed itself, or an entry describes something that is no longer the case.
• Suggestions — a property that belongs in one of the four categories and is not here yet.
• Editorial questions about how entries are written or why a hotel is in a given category.
• Press and permissions.

What it cannot do

This site does not take bookings, hold reservations, check availability, quote prices, or pass messages to any hotel. If you want to stay somewhere listed here, contact that hotel directly or use whichever booking channel you normally use. Messages about an existing reservation cannot be acted on and will not reach the property.

Response times

Replies are sent when there is something useful to say, usually within a few days. Corrections are often applied before a reply goes out.
